Diet & Weight Loss

Lifestyle change is not easy.

Dr. Obetz offers numerous options for weight loss. There are three main options:

  • ITG - It's the greatest diet. This is a ketogenic diet program utilizing a high protein, low fat, and low carb/sugar diet. It's very convenient and easy to follow, with prepackaged and prepared foods along with clean protein and vegetables. The length of program is dependent upon the weight loss amount desired.

  • Purification Program lasting 21 days. Lifestyle change program. A whole food program that includes taking supplements and drinking shakes. Making meals and foods makes this program less convenient but is completely whole food and clean.

  • Exercise and or Supplements. Individually designed programs based upon patients needs and abilities.

More about ITG

The ITG Plan is a protein-based weight control program that includes the guidance of a professional coach.  It's an easy to follow, 3-step ketogenic body program that allows you to achieve success. Our experienced staff provides one on one support, taking the time to walk you through each step. You will receive the necessary training, material and education to help you attain and maintain your health and weight loss goals.

ITG isn't just another yo-yo diet plan with no end in sight. We explain the science behind the diet. With ITG you lose the weight and you keep it off, because our focus is on teaching you how to make better eating choices rather than just eliminating foods from your diet.
